Thanks heaps, Tony. The sapphire glass bulges in such a way that I can never or almost never shoot the dial black. face4.gif Too much UV rays flying around here too and gives the glass/dial a bluish hue.

I realize many folks don't care for Tag Heuer or a quartz watch but it was my first Swiss made watch I ever purchased and it is amazingly accurate.  I relied on the accuracy as an USAF pilot on a daily basis.

Norm... My first Swiss made watch was a 1500 Tag and it served me well in the very industial setting onboard a Navy warship and it still keeps excellent time 16 years later... Bill.

Terrific looking Tag you have there Bill.  hand6.gifhand6.gif  I especially like the color of your dial.  I can tell that you have taken care of her well and I know she served you well, cheers.  woohoo.gif  Norm
