So just when I had settled on the idea of holding off for awhile untill I had decided on my dream-gmt watch, this shows up:  Picture courtesy of the seller.And I swear it was calling my name!  In that soft pleading voice that you just say no to. So it is now incoming.What I really like about this watch is the case-design. The whole watch actually is a homage to the Czech Air Force watches made by Longines. Don't see very many watches with this case. Which in my opinion is a shame. Zeno made another version of this watch with a Unitas movement and subdial seconds which is also very nice and more like the original CAF's. But I like this version too. It arrived! And I love it! Its even better then I imagined. For one I thought the hands where bluecoloured and not blued metal. They look great! I realy like their shape thin as it is. The strap I got with it was nice too, more redish brown then I had thought but that wasn't a bad thing. Pictures to follow later in the week... |
