Some may recall the little competition Shady started in this thread:

http://www.timetechtalk.com/view_topic.php?id=12954&forum_id=2

Turns out I was the winner. However Ken, feeling he had won on a technicality, kindly asked if he could get the G-Shock for one of his boys. I was only too happy to oblige as my son won't come out of the Ti Frogman our good buddy Hucky sent his way.

Well proving no good deed goes unrewarded, all around good guy and watch Meister Supremo, OldeCrowe took it upon himself to reward my kindness with a little kindness of his own. That good dead makes me the recipient and proud owner of an OldeCrowe original 1/1 JSprings Soxa. What a cool looking watch. I even commented on it specifically when OC posted three fresh from the bench:

And I guess OC remembered because I couldn't be more pleased to have this sporty piece gracing my wrist.

Just another example of the 3T family. What a great place to be!:D

That is fantastic, PAX,,,I happen to have a beautiful OldeCrow original myself that I have dubbed "The Raven"...It is exquisite.  And before I forget, the G-Shock that Shady sent has received it's new battery, I was able to download a user manual, and my son KJ is ecstatic...hopefully, I can get a snapshot of it on him soon!

I really like that!  Especially the way the red second hand accents the numbers behind the markers along the rehaute.

teddy are you trying to drop a subtle hint here?;)

Pax I am glad you like it! I thought it turned out pretty sharp too ;)

I thought about different colored hands but the stealth look won the coin toss!

Also Oscar I have three more of those checkered flag second hands!

I am so glad your son loves the G-shock!!  I was wondering what do with it as it had very low miles on it...cool!!!

My son Evan will be ten next month and it is time to get him a watch too, any ideas...new thread...

I need to send OldCrowe a little Seiko/Xemex for a makeover....very nice work!!!

Yep I'm going to be knocking on your door real soon, if you don't mind.
