What can I say about Dave and Barbara that has not already been said here on the 3T forums. Such nice people, who really care about their customers and their product. I received this beautiful, simple and classy Barcelona yesterday. Apologies for the Q&D photos here at my desk, but I think you can see the Quality. Hard to tell in the photos, but the markers and the hands are very dark royal blue, really sets off the cream dial and the nice italian strap. So clean and so reminds me of my longing for the IWC Portofino over the years, but this beauty is 40 mm and 1/5th the price. Decorated eta movement with all the blue and gold you would want. David wraps his watches in foil to protect them from the MRI used by the shipping co. Watch set to C.O.S.C. standards and certified defect free. Times at +3.1 seconds/ 24 hours. I think you should get a photobucket account and learn to post multiple pix in one post!! Oh and the watch? Looks great, Shady. Clean crisp and classic. You know its top notch if it came out of the d.freemont stable. The dial seems familiar to me... similar to my BTP. What happened to the df marker at 7:00?face4.gif Very nice Shady.  |

Boy the pictures I have shared do not do the watch justice....the dial is lite cream and not grey...the dark blue hands and markers are really contrasting with the dial. Oh the watch came in a standard black laqurred box with the d.freemont patch affixed to the inside, certification document and a nice bunch of promotional pieces. Oh and a little d.freemont lunch bag!! |
