The RGM 300 LE!

For details on this fine time piece please see.

http://www.rgmwatches.com/300.html

I have been eye balling this watch for some time. And I got lucky and scored if at about the lowest price i had seen it in over a year. So glad I dumped several watches lately so I could jump on it.

Came with the rubber strap but it has a Hirsh sharkskin on it now. Very soft and comfortable so it will stay on for now.

Well I'll let the pics do the talking and you can glean the watch info from their site above.

Get your modem ready!

Thanks guys. The lume on this is awesome. Give Seiko and Stowa lume a serious run for the money. And it sits so well on the wrist. This is easily in my top 5 favorites already. :)

Thanks much.;) I got lucky to see it too. I was thinking about going for a Omega PO then I saw this and the decision was over before a mental debate could start. LOL

Might be the best watch made here in the good ol' US of A -- best I can think of at least. :)  I'd love to see a wristy -- can't quite get a handle on where its overall size fits between a Rolex Sub and a MG Rasmus.

Either way, that beautiful beast certainly qualifies as grailicious!  Congrats to you and wear it in good health. hand6.gif

BIG congratulations on scoring the RGM Skip hand6.gifhand6.gifhand6.gif

I saw one in the flesh around the holidays while in Lancaster at the NAWCC, it is fantastic in person.  Unfortunately, the gentleman who was wearing it really didn't have a clue.  Of course I noticed it and had to comment.  His reply was "oh yes, it is a very expensive watch"  I just had to show him my 3T Orsa Sea Angler and explain how exclusive it was subtlelaugh.gif

Again, congrats on an awesome American watch :)  I would love to think that Roland Murphy will start a trend to American watchmaking!

Cheers,
Griff

Thanks for that story Griff and yes it is amazing in person. Still in shock I scored it. Now that I'm thinking about it I may just have to send Roland Murphy and email or maybe even break out the pen and paper and write him a thanks for designing and builing such an amazing watch. I've seen allot of watches in my day and it is good to see something American Made of this high a quality. ;)
