Well...arriving this week courtesy of 3T's own KenC is the Blue ORSA Monstrum!!!!boy10.gifwoohoo.gifwoohoo.gifwoohoo.gif

No surprise to you regular 3T'ers, but Ken was an absolute pleasure to do business with (great communication, fast shipping, watch arrived with super excellent packaging to ensure safe delivery, and as many know already...Ken is just a friendly, all around good guy).  I feel very fortunate to have been able to buy the sold out Blue ORSA Monstrum that I had been looking for from Ken because his watch was in absolutely flawless, minty condition.  THANK YOU Ken!!!

This Monstrum may very well define the maximum dimensions that I would consider strapping to my average 7" wrist with a 46mm bezel, 55mm lug-to-lug dimension, and just over 18mm!! thickness including the aggressively domed sapphire crystal.

What's not to love: THE BLUE just does it for me on the Monstrum, the aggressively domed sapphire crystal makes it a unique looker, the unique blasted case finish combined with the polished bezel, and that Monstrum Case Back is the bomb!!

Well...everyone here knows and loves the Monstrum, but a new arrival announcement would just not be complete without PICS!!!  This one is hard to photograph since that aggressively domed crystal grabs reflections from everywhere.  Please forgive the lint in the photos...as I mentioned this thing is truly mint and anything that looks like a scratch is lint or dirt.

Beautiful Monstrum Caseback!!! Love It!!

And a couple Wrist Shots...She's a Big One!!

Thank you all for the kind words Skipdawg, Phil, and Ken !!thankyou.gif

Phil - don't hold your breath, I think I've got a keeper here!!;)

Really liking this Blue Monstrum - and already thinking about some alternate straps that may help better balance this beefy case...it seems like this thing is crying out for something that is wider than the stock 22mm rubber (although the stock one is a very nice, unique deployment strap)...possibly something like a notched 24mm carbon or waterproof leather????

Skipdawg - I really liked the notched 24mm martec strap that I've seen some pics of on yours. ThumbsUp02.gif

Thanks again Ken - I don't expect to run into too many other Monstrums here in my little Colorado town.Thumbsup3.gif

How could I have missed this thread?? Stew77, kudos on your hard to find blue ORSA. Wear it in good health cool10.gif.

I have the same challenges on removing reflections and found out we need lots of patience even with a circular polarizer. ;)
