Hi All,

It's been awhile since I posted, busy with Scout training and traveling.  Every year before our week long summer camp I like to get a little something new.  This year I was attracted to the GW-2000, a solar powered waveceptor G-Shock "pilot" chrono.

It's a totally sweet watch, comfortable, light weight, tons of features and can take whatever mother nature dishes out:)

Cheers,
Griff

Thanks Scott!  I was going back and forth between the G-1100 and the 2000.  The 1100 isn't solar or wavecepter, and best price I found on the 2000 was only $75 more than the 1100 so I went for it.

So far the watch has been in the rain more times than dry and banged around while camping with the Scouts and has run without a hitch.

Cheers,
Griff

G-Shock = Tough and damn near indestructible, not to mention reliable. Good pickup.
