Another one I was lucky to jump on from a local seller who got it in Hamburg.  Formex has withdrawn its local dealership here in SGP so I don't suppose these will be getting any more common.

It's quite a monster for my skinny wrists - 46mm.  The original rubber strap felt a little unsubstantial and I tried a few leather straps but being 22mm, they were all a little thin.

Then I remembered the Watchadoo.  I think the end result has a very Orsa Monstrum meets Seiko Hockey Puck look, especially given the bracelet.

yourock.gifCool watch!  Lookin' good on that watchadoo too.  I have failed to understand the numbering outside the minutes chapter?  I'm not familiar with SGP though.

Great looking Formex. I really like the brand and think they have some killer designs. How's the suspension?;)

Thanks for the kind words, everyone.  Yes, the Watchadoo is a really well-made product that suits this watch quite well from both a comfort and aesthetic perspective.

The suspension system is quite a cool piece of engineering but whether or not it's actually proven to absorb shock, I'm not so sure.

Nicolas, SGP = Singapore and no I have no idea what those numbers mean either!

Thanks for the explanation JKang, my mind thought maybe 'super grand prix'. That Formex is awesome brother I really like that case + bezel shape and height, and the hex head shape seen on the crown and pushers!  That watch would make me want to drive fast(er)!!! I'd show the cops that 4SPEED plate and say "See officer":D.
