From looking at the pic's I think what makes the watch are the hands....

Personally I really like the Ocean7 watches.  The LM-1 looks pretty neat.  They are far out of my price range, but neat nevertheless.  Let us know how you feel!

I understand the cost, but Glycine is 3x the proven watch.....however, the real point is the absolute hypocrisy of Oceans7 and their forum with their ORIGINAL designs!!!  Check out the LM-1 against a Dreadnought!.........bad as Eyal Lalo!

Looks like the lug issue has been addressed on that one. I like it, but would really have to change the hands.

one big negative for me is weight. I like a watch I can feel on the wrist. titanium is to light for my tastes. Put it in ss and its better.

Other than the standard plongeur style hands, I dont see alot of similarity between the LM1 and Dreadnought...

but as bad as Lalo?  ouch... coyote2.gif heh...

The first prototype of the LM-2 was in bead blasted SS case - would love to talk him out of that one.  Havent tried a titanium case yet - so will be interesting to see what it feels like.  The LM-3 however will be a significantly heavy 1000m watch with great wrist presence and an almost irridescent blue dial...

Yeah.............you're right................it can't hold a candle to the Dreadnought at that head on angle...........certainly doesn't look worth the ask!

They definitely arent in the same class for sure... and I wouldnt have gotten one if I had to buy it outright, but trading one that was just sitting gathering dust... well...

so when is the lm-3 going to be out? its its in the schaumberg style. should be heavy and thick. I like that watch. Still its just a copy of another watch. I hate to see that. I'd rather get the Enzo or the schaumberg. There both under a grand new and 550.00 used.
