Beautiful puppy Oscar, a great addition to your family.

Google Australian dog names, you will find a bunch of sites....we did that when we were coming up with names for our Savannah's, wanted to name the first one a Cherokee name and the second a New Zealand, don't ask why, but got them both off websites.

Oscar, wait 'till he's fully grown. Then you'll have a handful;). Nice, good-looking, healthy dog. Kudos!

TY everyone!...this breed goes around 30-50 lbs. and medium height....very intelligent and I have always wanted a Australian cattle dog based on looks alone....we had a Toy Fox that we had to put down last year because he had epilepsy which occurs in most small breeds and it got so bad the siezures were so viloent it hurt to see him in pain....we stilll have our German Shephard but she is 15 yrs. old and I thought it would be good to get her a friend and that this Heeler learn from her....she is just a amazing dog and so far Blue is showing the same traits she did as a pup and looks like he will be a great dog....plus both of my kids have moved on their own closer to the University they attend...still in Ohio but a couple hours away ....soooo it's my pets, watches and women friends taking over the house now :D

Cool thanks for the info Oscar. After my 3 older cats pass on which I hope is awhile off they are 10 I want to get a dog again. I have not had a dog in over 15 years now. My last one Blacky was a mix betwwn a Beagle and a Black lab and that dog was awesome. He lived 14 years and I have many fond memories. :)
