To Me CS and Shipping Means as Much as The QC of the Product I Buy  I Made My First Purchase from Panatime our Newest member Last Night at 11pm...and the 2 Straps Were Shipped this Morning....Now That's CS,and as Good as It gets IMO...TY Stan  Another Great Place is Of Course WSS/TT....They Only Carry and Sell What is IN STOCK...and it Arrives at Your Door via FedEX in 2 to 3 Days...Now That is as Exceptional  Recently a Certain Host at Slop Claimed Slop was Unable to do this because Slop was in Comparison Like Home Depot and WSS/TT was Like Joes Tool Room...a MOM a POP operation  If You Ask Me...I Prefer the Mom and Pop Way of Doing Business

I Also Ordered a Officina DeTempo from Overstock yesterday(thurs.)....Just received Confirmation Today(fri.) ...That it Was Shipped...1day...and Overstock is a Big Operation ...........I Guess YKW has An Excuse For Everything

Simple.......................... They are a shlock outfit:) Here's another example or there stupidity... ordered a watch with Slopcard, sent watch back within 30 days, they did not process the credit on time so they charged interest of $7 on the shipping charges. After 20 minutes with the bozo, I hung up and said screw it.:X

Tony, 1st rule of customer service.................never spend more than 2 minutes talking to an idiot......demand to be immediately transferred to a supervisor and keep escalating until you reach the presidents office..........never will it go that far before the do what is right!
