cool truck Graham, I like it, original looks and hand6.gif on diesel... I grew up in Europe where Turbo Diesel has been 50-60% of the market for many years... lota of torque when you need it wihtout revving the engine, durability and economy... plus now they ahve great emissions and you cant tell you're driving a diesel except fo the crazy torque at low RPM and low redline!!! Nice looking vehicle!!! I actually drive a right hand drive car here in the states and it get a lot of stares. Also, I love diesel powerplants, my dad was a Mercedees dealer for many years and sold many diesel powered cars, they're sweeeet. Oh yeah, one more thing, went to the Petit LeMans at Road Atlanta a couple of weeks ago and dang, those diesel powered Audis and Peugots can really "haul the mail" and whisper quiet too. |

These are great trucks. Here in Ireland this is badged as an L200 and would be highly regarded for reliability and durability. Diesel is the way forward if you want economy and usable torque. Make sure you keep to regular services and have the oil changed every year, regardless of the manufacturer's specifications. Regular oil change is vital to the long life of a diesel engine. Enjoy it. |
