I found this a bit ago:

$30 off ShopNBC.com coupon: $30 off $30

ShopNBC.com knocks $30 off a purchase of $30 or more via coupon code "W89089103". That's easily the best discount we've ever seen from this store. Note that your order must contain one or more items priced at $30 or above to get the discount. (It won't apply if you order two items for $15 each, for example.) ShopNBC.com is the online presence of the ShopNBC television shopping channel. Shipping starts around $8 and sales tax is added where applicable.

I was watching slop last night around midnight and it was invicta's clearence sale ....well up came a diver that the host said " 200 meter diver with a Swiss movement for only 108 dollars !!!!!! Well I jumped up to grab the phone and I thought it isnt a "scooby" ... so how could it be a "Swiss" movement !?! Anyway with all the crap that invicta has out I thought perhaps it is a model I wasnt familar with??? I held off thinking " Am I going to ever wear this ??? But on the other hand if its an ETA or even a 200 movement it certainly is worth 108 bucks ......Then the host comes on and says he made a mistake, and it wasnt the first mistake and it wont be the last, but the watch has a Miyota movement......and he said there is no harm no foul .... whoever ordered can cancel the order .... ANYWAY I thought how can this clown not know what the heck he's selling ?????  It is the diver model thats been around forever and I am sure they have sold alot of them  face4.gif

And with that dear cuz you have struck upon the crux of the matter. Dishonest... well no sir!! It was an honest mistake. One they make over and over. Misleading, unethical and a crapshoot to boot. and this wasn't even Corona Gordo was it? But Shawn Wilsie... who actually might have made an honest mistake.

Invicta = Crapshoot
SlopNBC =  Crapshoot
Crapshoot + Crapshoot =  pile of feces...

Make no istake there are still some good ones in there but you must sift through the dregs...

Hey $30 bucks off is a great deal on some find... thanks for posting, Mike!

Yea when bored and nothing else is on I watch the show watches and other stuff and they seem to get worse over time with the stuff they try to pull. But I see it more with their watch shows than anything else. :?

New customers may fall for it but anyone who has watched the show oh a year or longer can see right through that crap. I say give them some TP and flush. LOL :D

Hay I will add a side note. Do your own home work on the product and you can sometimes get a great watch or what ever for a steal of a deal though. I just trust what they say as much as I trust fire not burning me if I put my hand in it. LOL subtlelaugh.gif

What did you find, O? I couldn't find a thing I wanted... The code also failed for me on an $89 item I don't really want or need!

I should have noted that I found this code/coupon on dealmac.com which is a very reliable source for bargains. Yes, they are mainly a computer source, but they post a hot feature item each day such as the shopnbc coupon.

That said, it won't be the first or the last time a friggen coupon from shopnbc hasn't worked. It seems like it is always a crap shoot to get one to work for me.

Also, I agree that there is basically nothing worth using the coupon on. But, I thought maybe someone might need a gift item or even a non-watch item. Ya never know. :)
