The only bad thing about the Missagain loss is that it might lead to Lloyd Carr being fired and that would be a very bad thing. The Buckeyes love old LC.

Next weeks game ought to be hilarious, Michigan VS Notre Dame!!!  perfect.gif

And what happened to Wisconsin?....a struggling 7 point margin over UNLV?  Bad Cheese for the Badger?

And the SEC is having it's problems, too, as S Florida beat Auburn in OT!

Strange year for college football!

Wiscon's starting running back can't travel with the team on "ALL" away games soooo this will hurt them alot.

Not travel?...he should be off the team, but, that said, are you telling me that Wisconsin is a one Badger team?

Michigan... stick a fork in 'em.

ND... they plain stink but that's nothing new.

And don't you worry about Wisconsin. We got it done and will continue to do so with or without Lance Smith. We also lost our DE Jamal Cooper when he mixed it up with the coach!!

Regardless, college football is cool!!

I guess if you live in Arizona!! Come to Green Bay and drink in the rich history of the most celebrated team in pro football. No team has more World Championships... ya's know they did do that prior to Superbowls!!

Used to love pro ball before free agency....you could develop loyalty.  Now everyone jumps for the buck....not like Walter Payton who played his entire career for the Bears even though he could have tripled his earning by jumping!

Yep...the good old days of the World Championship, when it was fought out on ice cold, sod frozen fields...then, the Packers, Bears and Giants ruled the game!

I've seen newreels of those days...

I have to agree, free agency has changed the game... I know a guy who has stayed put too. Once he got out of Atlanta... he's been in one place for 16 years!! I likes him!

The college game isn't too much more pure considering the recruiting schemes, academic shenanigans and all...

But at least in college ball, they are playing for something other than cash...some are playing for a shot at the big show, but most are playing with heart for the love of the game!
