Man what a game... 6 reviews in the game, all going LSU's way. A fumble recovery at Alabama's 3 yard line sets up the go ahead touchdown with less than 2 minutes to go. LSU wins 41-34. You just can't beat college football...

I grew up in the buckeye state, but I believe that LSU would rule that game. I am a Ga. fan, but I certainly respect LSU and all the SEC teams. Simply stated, the SEC rules the NCAA. I hope that I didn't offend anyone with these statements, but they are true...

They are getting lucky lucky lucky lucky ...they will now be ranked 2nd ????? wow ....why not Kansas ????? After awhile...it ceases to be luck and starts to become style. Nobody said Florida State was lucky with all of their 2nd half comebacks over the years....and yes, LSU has had a lot of 2-minute victories against the Gators, Gamecocks, Tide, Tigers...but it has become a pattern of never giving up. That is the problem with being an SEC team...the conference is so strong, they just beat each other up and knock each other out of National Title play. That said, as an under-grad of KU, I am thrilled to see them do so well...when I went to school there, they were a powerhouse in the perennially strong, BIG 8 which is now defunct. We had guys like Sayers and Hadl...since then, they have had nothing in football...good to see the revival, but, bottom line, their strength of schedule is not all that impressive! ![]()

Last years National Champs are #17 and will probably climb by the end of the season! Didn't I hear that same jibberish that "(insert name) could never beat the Buckeyes..." last year before the BCS Bowl...and by the way, where was Ohio State at the last BCS Bowl/ They didn't even show up...did they? Here's the bottom line, the Gators have slipped slightly having lost almost their entire team from last season...75% of the current team are freshman and sophomores...that said, not only can LSU beat the Buckeyes...so can the Gators and virtually any other SEC team...Ohio State doesn't play anybody except teams who get trounced by 1AA teams and an old man named Jopa who has been on the way out for years! Other than that, I do give Ohio State credit for producing some great 2nd place teams!!! Luv the Buckeyes!!!! hearteyes.gif ![]()
