I have been wearing my Benarus daily now for quite a few months and it has become black between the links.

What is the best way of cleaning this ?

Hmmm...can't say that I ever wore a single watch long enough for it to get dirty

I would probably just use liquid dish washing soap and warm water hand6.gif

+1 and a soft bristle brush ie: old toothbrush

Actually, I have found that a soft bristle tooth brush and tooth paste works great on stainless (works great on gold jewelry as well).

I invested in a small ultrasonic cleaner a while back. It has a small tray which will hold a watch head out of the liquid while the bracelet is submerged for the cleaning cycle. Alternatively I just remove the bracelet and submerge it. Looks like new after 30 minutes!

Hmm. It seems to be effort or expense. Ideally I would like to find an old wives recipe (like vinegar and brown paper ) and soak it in that for while.

I bought a nice, high end stubby paint brush with very soft bristles (camel hair??) and once weekly I brush between the links, around the bezel, on the caseback etc. I found out it keeps the dust, grime, gunk, if any, away. Then about once monthly, its a soft, old toothbrush and some toothpaste or simple hand soap with warm water. Always works.cool10.gif
