I've been here long enough and it's high "time" I posted pics of one of my watches. :P I just received my new camera with a super macro mode last week and I'm just learning, so please be gentle. ;) I'm trying! :) So here are some shots of my Oris Artelier watch - I have a special affinity for watches with guilloche dials ...    You can really see the exquisite guilloche work in this wrist shot! hearteyes.gif (my first one! Looks good, one problem with those highly reflective watches is that you have to watch for your reflection  I remember some time ago browsing e-bay, there was a person selling some king of metal pot and you could see picture takers almost naked reflection right on the pot. |

LMAO! Too funny! I bet they had a lot of bidders! So OOPS! You caught my hands and camera in the caseback shot. I was playing the contortionist in my tub for that one, haha! I just could not nagivate shadow-free good lightning without revealing a mirror image of myself. That was a tough shot. I was ready to fill up the tub and turn on the jets after that one! At least I had my clothes on! |
