You are "the man", Ralf!
It doesn't matter what strap is on the Barracuda. A piece of string would look good on your creation!

I'm sitting at O'Hare in Chicago anxiously awaiting my flight to leave to get home to see if the Barracuda has arrived, as of yesterday it had not, which kind of has me concerned since Oscar got his Monday and we both live in Ohio....fingers are crossed.

Had to chime in to compliment Ralf, even though I haven't taken any snaps yet...my #80 just hit the doorstep here in Dallas, and it was well worth the wait - beautiful and very substantial, solid watch.
boy10.gif
As seen in others' pics, the dial is a pretty deep blue and the minute hand a fantastic bright neon orange.

The package that Ralf put together for his buyers is impressive, too - really nice straps, an extra signed "Benarus" diver clasp, and it's all enclosed in a very nice 2-watch travel case that should serve to ensure your new Barracuda goes along with you on vacation!

Kudos to Benarus on this one, it's a great value for the price!

Got home and my Barracuda did arrive today safe and sound, and I love it, the fit and finish is amazing.

The interesting thing is I did not receive a leather strap with it but two rubber straps, one of the rubber straps is like the one Oscar got and the other is a custom rubber strap that has metal inserts that mesh up with the lugs of the metal bracelet that gives it a real custom look.  To tell you the truth I'm loving it, I have leather straps coming out of you know where, this custom rubber strap is AWESOME....great job Ralf.

I was going to take pics but my wife and I are leaving for Iceland for the weekend (yes i said Iceland, it is one of our favorite vacation spots) tomorrow and she is charging the batteries, if i have time in the morning I'll try to get some pics of it.

NICE!    That carbon fiber strap looks good too.
I think Ralf shipped the barracudas with some kind of special glue on the backs. Mine is stuck to my wrist too!   mistake.gif

Congrats.

I too got the double rubber strap deal...and, I am so impressed with it that I can't seem to take the watch off!  I hope the Sea Devil has something similar.

I know I'm a little late on this but that setup looks like it'd weigh a TON!
I'd be surprised if you'd kept that bund on the Barracuda this whole time.
Enjoy both - separately.  :D

Hi WNUT

You're right, I took the Enzo bund strap off shortly after taking the picture.  The strap though, added little weight and the leather is beautiful.  However, I wasn't wild about the appearance and, the Enzo was a little short for me on the Barracuda.  I think I was using the last hole on the strap.

I have another Enzo on my DeBaufre Triton and it fits a little better because the Triton is a little bigger.  I'm able to get into the third hole on that outfit.
