I'm pretty intrigued with the Megalodon, but the biggest watch I've worn is 45mm, so I'm wondering if the Megalodon would be too big for me with its 49mm bezel.  My wrist size is only 6.5", but I do like big watches and I really like my watches to be at least 42mm.  Has anyone with similar wrist size pre-orderd a Megalodon?

It will sit big on your wrist but big is in. Just depends on how comfortable you feel about something that big on your wrist.

The Megladon will be a hefty watch. If you are used to wearing them big you may be able to pull it off. The curvature of the lugs should help with how it will sit on small wrists. This is going to be a heavy timepiece. Good luck, and let us know what you decide.

My wrist is a little smaller than 6 3/4, I wear up to 50mm with no problem at all....like Skip said, big is in, plus the way this case is designed with the curved lugs as TopGun said IMHO you will be fine...

Now if you are not currently wearing 44mm plus watches, it will take some getting used to...i remember when I got my first 44mm watch I thought it was huge, now that same watch seems small to me.

My 2 cents...for what it's worthwoohoo.gif

Thanks for the responses so far.  I do have a couple of 44mm/45mm watches in my rotation and they don't feel overly large to me.  I also have a yellow Sea Devil on order that I expect to like a lot.  Once I have the SD in hand, it may very well cause me to plunk down the cash for a Magalodon.:P  I guess we'll see.

From what I have seen of the case design, it will be a very high sitting watch, but the lugs look to have alot of curvature, and look like it will conform to the wrist nicely.

I love the bigger watches, 44mm is my lower limit, and I will go up to 50mm.

With this watch, I think it might work for you , maybe Steve could give you a better answer.

Ralf and I both have 6.5in wrist. We might be able to see a sample on Ralf when they are available, and he does design the cases to be comfortable on his 6.5in wrist.

That's good to know.

I just got my Sea Devil and it looks like this on my wrist:

Think I can pull off the Megalodon???  I'm seriously thinking about it because the Sea Devil is sweet and it bodes well for the Megalodon to be an awesome watch as well.yourock.gif
