I thought I was S.O.L. on the Series 1 Megalodon but I found someone selling theirs! I jumped on it right away! I'm sure it cost me a few more bucks then what is was originally, but I'm sureit will be well worth it! It is #10/100. It will be on it's way Monday! Just will have to wait a week or so...it is shipping from Malaysia.
Now my K1 and Sea Devil will have a BIG brother!anodie.gif

Congrats...I saw that one for sale and wondered if it would get picked up!  A little pricier than originally but still a good deal for what you are getting!

Yep...series two is priced at $1000...the pre-order price for series one was $650!  Best deal ever IMHO.

Capitalism at its best! Don't screw with the free market! Supply and demand. No supply dictates the price. Even though I paid more, I did not get in on the pre-order. I'm still very happy I did find it, I feel I got lucky I even found it. (it was meant to be!) I'm sure in the near future if anyone else decides to sell they will probably go for more then what I purchased mine for due to there will probably be very few and it seems a lot of people would like to get there hands on one. I'd like to see how it would auction off on a site like ebay.

Yes he is a member here also. I'm surprised it lasted for 2 days on sale on the other forum.

oagaspar,
Thanks...thats how i view it. At pre-order price of $650 everyone stole it! At what I paid for 2nd hand, it is still a spectacular deal.
When Series 2 is released I will be on top of that for sure!

P.S. My wife is gonna kill me when she finds out I purchased this....without her knowing or having "the discussion".... But I had to have it! snoopy1.gif

I hope your wife don't read your posts or we'll have to put a forum-contribution to pay you a bullet-proof vest:D

LOL....she knows where the guns are...but I keep the guns (locked up in a safe) and ammo (in another safe) in two different places. Except for the gun in the night stand. She has a key to the gun safe but not the ammo safe.
I'm safe because the gun in the night stand she cannot pull back the slide to put a round in the chamber.....it is a hard slide.

The $650 price only lasted a week and many people if not "most" paid $850 for the series 1, not far from what we are planning for the discount price on series 2.

I was very new to 3T and watch fora when the Mega was offered on pre-order. I didn't order then.... so that confirms I'm a moronsubtlelaugh.gif.

William, I'm sending the bullet-proff vest you lent me a month ago to DJRhodes just in case his wife decides to borrow the neighbor's 44 magnumtoon1.gif.
