Found this forum through searching about the Orsa Monstrum, which I saw another forum.   Unfortunately, I can't seem to find the blue dial version for sale anywhere!

Anyway, I was mostly was looking for a  cheap (should I say good value) water resistant watch that can handle an occasional swim or snorkel in the deep blue that also looks good.

After an unfortunate leak in my omega 3513 (just lounging in a pool) that resulted in a extremely high repair bill at an AD (new dial, hands, complete movement overhaul, new crystal, and new bezel), I've decided that I need overkill and I need it cheap.

So here I am, and thanks to Oscar for filling a spot in my watch box with my new Alba diver "greenie"

Regards,

Mike

So my omega had some kind of leak, I don't know where or how, but I didn't realize until much, much later.  Authorized service centers are very expensive but the watch has sentimental value so I wanted everything done right.  I was planning on a Submariner in the near future but I'd think I'd worry too much about it leaking or damaging it to be content.  Maybe a sterile variant might be worth checking into.  Anyone know anything about them?  I should probably start a new topic.:)
