Thisi s a very nicely made Invicta with excellent gold plating. .

Swiss made quartz alarm movement
41.5mm Case, 44 with crown.
Solid stainless steel case
23kt yellow gold plating case and band
Stainless steel four screw case back
Anti-reflective mineral crystal with sapphire coating
Textured dial with blued hands
Large Date display
Alarm function
Solid stainless steel individual links with dual deployment butterfly buckle
50 meters Water Resistant

This watch now usually sells for between $290 and $350. MSRP of $795 for what thats worth.

Ill rate this watch at 95% just in case there is something I missed but I find only one very light scuff on one link.
