I ordered 1 too Steve!(hopefully #8 or lowest # available) with the black bezel....it has a nice look comparable to Kobold and IWC and I like any watch that is made by Fricker!...the fact that it has an eta in it really helped in making my decision as well as a nice introductory price for a watch that I am sure will meet all expectations!snoopy1.gif

Yep Steve it looks and sounds like a solid watch run by a genuine person in Poul who has been keeping me in the loop via e-mail.....I did get #09! watch2.gifIn the under $1000. category it is hard to beat with all the features this watch has and from what I read this is a introductory price of $850. and will go up...I am looking forward to getting mine on my wristhand6.gif

I've been communicating with Poul also, seems like a great guy who hopefully has a winner on his hands (or rather on our wrists)...  #47 with the stainless steel bezel will be heading my way.  Will probably order the black bezel too when he sells them separately to give it a little change up... ;)

Yeah, I've been closely following the development on this watch as well. I have not done a pre-order yet, I need to see real photos before I do. It looks very promising.

If that looks half as good in metal as it does here, wow!

Yes the case is fricker - but the case back marking is for the 'whole' watch which will meet the standards for 'Swiss Made'... ;)

Reminds me of the LM-6.  The lugs are different on the LM-6.  Steve cant wait to see it.

I'll bet Mitch is really po'd that someone copied one of his "original" designs! subtlelaugh.gifsubtlelaugh.gifsubtlelaugh.gif

Korsbek is using a standard Fricker case for this one that is similar to the LM-6.  And speaking of Mitch, there's a new offerring of the LM-2 in a smaller case (40 mm) that will be coming out this year...
