Hey all,

I'm trying to decide which one to pull the trigger on. Originally I set out to buy the Orange thinking it would be a fun, casual weekender, but now that I look at the Black I realize it could see some wrist time at less casual events, too.

Keeping in mind that my original goal was for something afforable and fun I'm leaning towards sticking with the Orange, but just thought I'd see what the group here thought.

Looking forward to your opinions and comments....

I have only had the Orange and almost grabbed a yellow.

I say go with the Orange and add a little color to the world.  Black is fine but oh so common.

I have both, and have to admit that the orange gets more attention but the black makes a statement as well.  I have recently installed Maratac straps on mine (orange has the ACU gray and the black has the Desert Sand) giving them a unique look.  As for which one I like better, I'd say it's a tie and you really can't go wrong with either color....

Got the orange, would like the black. I actually end up wearing my OM more than any other watch, works great on casual Fridays and for the weekend. I have plenty of other black watches, you probalby do as well!

You want SS. I got mine on rubber, and I'm sorry I did. Looks ok but after seeing others I'm going to change it.

No question, steel. Rubber is cheap and easy to get, but the bracelets are pricey if you change your mind and want to pick one up later!

Go for the bracelet. You can always swap it out for any number of straps.:D

I agree. The bracelet is excellent.  A real pain in the butt to resize and no extension, but great nontheless.

I also wear my OM far more than I would admit!;)

My OM's bracelet has a diver's extension, yours doesn't? I'm suprised, I didn't realize there were more than 1 type of bracelet.

Either way, they are a pain in the butt to size!

I have both the black and orange monster.  IMO, the orange is THE monster.   As someone has already said, you probably already have black dialed watches.  But you can't go wrong with either.  I think the ss bracelet is definitely the way to go.  You just can't beat the bracelet for the money.

I have BM, but with recent WOOT side deal, I have OM on the way.  boy10.gif  Both are on steel bracelet, would not have it any other way.
