I'm sitting on the preverbial fence on this Seiko Sammi Yellow Dial LE of 300!...out of all the Seikos I like the Sammis best but can't seem to justify the $460. even though I know they won't go down!hand6.gif Superchrono is Awesome to deal with and his prices include 2 day Fedex and always have all papers and documentation! What do you all Think!rev_smile.gif

I would say it depends on how much you like the Sammi's ...and I know you like the Sammi's alot.... It would seem that the Sammi's are always going to be stable as a commodity, and as a LE of 300 it will probably go up in value...I myself just had to get the Seiko yellow diver this summer...and the yellow Alba LE ....I am very happy with both of them....I would say it is a stable purchase, and it could very well go up up up in value

If you are buying it for an investment (only), you roll the dice. Most likely the watch will increase in value. But, you won't wear it if you buy it to resell. So hopefully you can enjoy just looking at it in the box. cat28.gif

You know you wear the Sammi quite a bit so the question is would this one be for wearing or as a collector's piece? To me it is a watch I would wear and not sit on... I think for what you're getting the price is fine provided you are happy with it...

With the collection you have, I know you must want it!  I would not make a purchase just for an investment.  I would purchase it because I like it, If it goes up in value-certainly that's a plus. Money does not make you happy sitting in your pocket or bank. It is a TOOL to use to fulfill an emptiness or make others happy.

I wear my orange Ti Sammi quite a bit but it was purchased with a nic on the case for a great price from a fellow member for work or as a beater...and minus the nic it still looks like newhand6.gif Most of my Watches are still NIB with some being worn maybe once a year or for special occasions...I have been buying Watches based on movement, brand and looks lately and this Sammi LE Yellow seems to not have the attraction that some of the other LE's have like markings on the dial...seems kinda of bland to meMaybe if I saw the caseback it would make a difference or if it had a sapphire crystal and the better movt.' I wouldn't be on the fence!

Looks great Oscar! At least it can kill your lust and wait for the ultimate YM! :D:D:D But the longer you wait, the price might go up really. ;)
