Say what is the deal with the Irish and Arizona anyway?
Last time I was in Phoenix they had a big Irish festival (got drunk) and I spent a lot of time liqueured up in a VERY popular Irish bar. I have a hard time turning down a mug...pitcher. of hard cider...

Don't know about Phoenix (could be related) but Tucson was founded by an Irish ex-patriot by the name of Hugo O'Conor, who was a Lieutenant Colonel in the Spanish Army...when he moved his garrison up from an area called Tubac (about 5 miles south).
