This was waiting for me when I got home yesterday. I bought it from the auction site- finally. I must have bid on ten or more but kept missing... It is a big piece of steel. Strong blue lume charges up with just a little bit of daylight.

Thanks everyone. Have to change the standard strap though. It is OK, but the watch needs more. I saw some cool pics on the web of Citizens on straps, but thought this one was the coolest... borrowed pic. Delaurian strap, Wow! "DeLaurian Strap is 7.21mm thick at the case and tapers to 5.20mm thick at buckle. Width is 32.68mm at the case and tapers to 26mm at the buckle." I have to do it (or something similar) I have already sent an email to Shane.

No Ecozilla in my house, cuz... mine's just an Orca. The Zilla is more mammoth!

Congrats on your new Zilla hand6.gif

I love mine, and it is about comparible in size to the Orca in diameter, but a lot thicker!

Cheers,
Griff

First of all, my congrats! The 'Zilla in SS is awesome all right and I love mine (can't wait to get it in Ti as well as the AutoZilla!).

Does your watch shows a small-in-a-square "RFN" on the back? If it does, the outmost bezel can be unscrewed clockwise for cleaning and access to the elapsed time bezel; if not, then the piece belongs to the pre-late 2005' and before series, where the OB is press-fitted on the watch head.

Be as it may, rest easy for the 'Zilla is indeed a tank and stronger than most mortals. GREAT CATCH!!!

Cheers,

Marcello GT
