I've always admired Edgel's Khaki Active so I took the opportunity to pull one from the Bay.

Hamilton 6311

Groovy case with groovier flip lock crown protector

ETA 2824

Sapphire. The cyclops may have to go...

Funky bracelet.

Burning lume. None of my other Hammy's glow like this one

I'm gonna call it an Earl Grey dial though slightly different than my BTP.

And best of all worn by the man himself; Edgel.

Q&Ds

Very interesting indeed... yes I would lose the cyclops, it detracts from the clean look of that dial...

My Hammy Aviation is broken again (minute register sub-dial ain't working).  Sent it in Monday afternoon to Hammy Svc Center in Clearwater, FL (Go Gators, of course)...they called this morning to let me know it arrived safely!   Amazing...a watch company that cares!

My sentiments EXACTLY! I've liked the Khaki Action for a long time now. I gave my wife the women's version a few years ago and it has been an oustanding watch. Congrats!! hand6.gif

Congrats, Mark. That is a beauty and seems in great condition. I do think it looks cleaner without the magnifier. I really like the retro look of this model and the quality of the case and band are impressive for the price IMHO.

Nice pickup! I've seen that one at my local Sam's Club for $169 w/ a black face. Love the crown protector. I didn't realize it was an ETA, although that should've been obvious now that I think about it. Unfortunately, it's a little on the small size for my personal taste.

But a big thumbs up!
