Yes, I agree. Ya don't have to be a race fan to appreciate the fact that she won a race. I'm sure some will poo-poo it, but it won't matter. She made history in the racing world and she is gonna be a big story come Indy 500 time. The Open Wheel racing in the U.S. will benefit greatly from this. |

Yup, she has an LE signature version and she is one of their spokespersons. She is pictured at a Tissot Event in IW this month or last month. She actually does promote the line quite a bit. She is even wearing Tissot's in her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit shots. :shock: :cool: |

I always root for her to do well .... I am glad she won and got the monkey off her back .... I love open wheel and hope for the day they quit bickering ..... mabey consolidate all the open wheel groups and work together .... make it like it was back in the 60's and 70's ....to me it was glorious stuff back then ( Mario, Mears, Fitipaldi,Stewart, etc.) I wonder if those dunderheads realize that if they didnt screw it all up we could be watching INDY as the biggie instead of nascar |

Just so you know, the IRL and Champ Car merged two months ago back into a single open wheel series. Today's Long Beach race will be the last Champ Car race. They agreed to keep it on the schedule this year as it was too short of time to cancel. |
