Hi Keith, Yes I agree with your comment on the small indicies. I do like the clean, raised style but think that they could be about 20% bigger on the dial for a balanced visual appearance, better suited to that bold case design. Also I would make the "No. 2" slightly larger (or bold) to give it more emphasis over the "1000m automatic professional" info.

The No 2 is not part of the design. The dial was a sample and that's what the manufacturer had. I wanted to evaluate the case and overall build quality, which btw is just fantastic! I had worked up another dial design similar to the Cave Dweller for the No 2 case but Oscar and I are leaning towards bringing the CD case to market first.

Maybe it is just me but these two watches look nothing alike. I might get creamed for this but my opinion is the "No02" watch is much much more appealing to me... Case- different Bezel- different Crown- different Dial- different Hands- different Oagaspar...how much for the prototype? ![]() ![]()

1st of all they are 2 different watches as explained in this thread...so please read the entire thread :D....the No02 is a case that we feel has been overused and overdone as well as being too large for mass appeal so we decided to go with a new fresh design in a size 44mm that would appeal to more WIS as in the CaveDweller which we are working on with a few different additions such as a HRV crown/valve and different hand styles....pics coming soonhand6.gif....and the No02 proto is not FS ;)

"another dive watch in the works between us and is one that is as nice and has a unique case I have not seen used as of yet in a smaller version 44mm by 15mm for those who can't wear the larger/heavier design pictured here." Come on...everything has a price, even my wife knows that...

I was kinda confused as well. I was thinking the No.02 was the proto of the Cave Dweller. So a watch will not come from the No.02 proto?

kadeyoung6 wrote: as mentioned in the thread as well our 1st release will be the CaveDweller design and down the road a possible rendering of the No02 case but as I said this case is being used by many manufacturers and it is our purpose to bring something new rather than something old as our 1st joint venturehand6.gif I was kinda confused as well. I hope I can clear things up. There are 2 cases being discussed. The one that has been referred to as No02 and the Cave Dweller. The Cave Dweller case and design is what we'd like to delevop 1st. The No02, the dial design in not ours (but it can be). We/I can do this as well, but probably not before the Cave Dweller. As Oscar said it has been used before. Feel free to discuss both.
