I recently had a minor issue with my Doxa Coppa watch; I purchased this watch two years ago. So I wrote Doxa stating what was wrong, and ask for there advice. I had a quick reply from them, to send the watch back ASAP at there expense. They provided the FedEx account number. I was in shock, was expecting some bulls&!t line. LOL Dropped off watch at FedEx on a Wednesday they received it Friday morning (Colorado to Swiss). At the time I was thinking, won’t see that watch for at least a month. Monday the FedEx truck showed up at 10:00 am, I sign for the package wondering what was in it, and to my surprise it was the watch. (Two weeks later) Fixed, and looking good. I can’t believe all of this was done without any hassle; they paid for all shipment cost, and sent an apology letter for the inconvenience. Does anybody know off another watch company that provides this kind of service? Johnny:D:D:D:D:D Last edited on Wed Nov 30th, 2005 08:48 am by Johnny P |

What most businesses don't get is how to generate goodwill toward and loyalty from customers. It's not about making money; it's about human decency. If you treat your customers the way you would hope to be treated, they will NEVER forget it. Most businesses just don't understand this concept.

Doxa makes great watches so they can afford to repair the occasional bad watch without stiffing the customer on shipping charges. Invicta makes crappy watches so they can't afford to fix all those screw ups without charging the customer for shipping.

I have had similar experiance with Seiko. Everytime I call they amaze me. the last time I called asking for the price of sleeve/pins for my Monster. They sent me 3 new links pns and all in the mail without hesitation. There are a few out there, and you don't even need to pay for a Doxa to get it. I am glad to hear that Doxa has that kind of service, because I will eventually be getting a 600.
